Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hairs by Libra website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You will be notified if a pricing error affects your order before it is processed.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and pay-on-delivery (select locations). An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Hairs by Libra and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Hairs by Libra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
