Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Within Nigeria

We ship nationwide across Nigeria via trusted courier partners (GIG Logistics, DHL, and other reputable carriers).

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Other states: 2–5 business days

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times are typically 7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Hairs by Libra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at WhatsApp or email us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
